Abstract:
One or more embodiments in the present specification relate to a purification method, the purification method comprising: mixing magnetic beads with a purification target substance; and transferring the magnetic beads and the purification target substance into a separation container; separating the magnetic beads from an impurity; separating the magnetic beads from the purification target substance via a filtration member in the separation container, the filtration member being provided with filtration pores, and the pore size of the filtration pores being smaller than the diameter of the magnetic beads.
