Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of food processing and related devices thereof. Disclosed are a purification and reuse device and a purification method for wastewater from bean product production and processing. The purification and reuse device of the present invention comprises an upper open frame, wherein a vertical column is connected to the middle of an inner lower surface of the upper open frame; cleaning brush plates are provided at equal intervals on left and right sides of a circumferential surface of the vertical column; upper insertion holes are formed in the circumferential surface of the vertical column in a left-and-right symmetric manner; an upper insertion shaft, which is connected to the middle of an inner surface of each cleaning brush plate, is connected to an inner side of the corresponding upper insertion hole in an inserted manner; a filter assembly is provided below the cleaning brush plate; and a residue suction assembly is provided on a front surface of the upper open frame. The vertical column, the cleaning brush plates, the filter assembly and the residue suction assembly are arranged in the purification and reuse device of the present invention, and by means of the vertical column and the cleaning brush plates, blockages on a mesh bag can be removed by means of the rotating cleaning brush plates; by means of the filter assembly, the time spent by a user in dismounting and mounting the mesh bag is reduced; and by means of the residue suction assembly, the user can conveniently remove residues on the mesh bag.
