Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a water tank for storing water; a pump for compressing the water which is conveyed from the water tub; a storage tank for storing water which is conveyed from the pump; a distribution-conveyor for distributing and conveying the water which is conveyed from the storage tank to the water tank and a pressure regulator; the pressure regulator for increasing or decreasing the pressure of the water which is conveyed from the distribution-conveyor according to the pressure conditions of the subcritical state; a preheater for heating the water which is conveyed from the pressure regulator according to the temperature conditions of the subcritical state so as to produce subcritical water (the water in the subcritical state); and a reactor for passing the subcritical water which is conveyed from the preheater through the contaminated soil which is provided on the inside so as to remove pollutants from the contaminated soil and produce purified soil.
