Abstract:

This invention relates to the technical field of temperature controller, particularly, a push button type temperature controller including the fixed base and the improved actuating structure of the movable member. It overcomes the following shortcomings of prior art. For example, the steam passes through the hole on the fixed base so that the parts on the base contact steam. This will affect the safety; Moreover, the travel distance of the force applied on the end of movable member is so big that the controlling system will be broken. This controller includes the fixed base, the movable member, the metal sensing contact, the electrodes and electrode contact. It provides the support frame in the middle of fixed base; the support axis is arranged in the middle of movable member. There is a leaf spring between the fixed base and movable member. There is a push rod between movable member and metal sensing contact in the sliding hole which is arranged on the fixed base. The sealing means between push rod and sliding hole makes the two sides of fixed base separate and the steam can not flow through the fixed base. So the safety and reliability are improved through these means.
