Abstract:
A step (201) is rotatably mounted to a body portion (114). The step (201) is biased upward by the tensile force of a spring (301) about an axis at the position where the step (201) is mounted to the body portion (114) at a mount angle which is fixed by a stopper (300) in a predetermined range. Under the step (201), there is disposed a tubular portion (304) covering the side of the body portion (114), which is bar-like. The tubular portion (304) is linked with a brake shoe (302). Thus, when the step (201) is stepped on, the tubular portion (304) moves downward, causing the brake shoe (302) to contact a part of a rear wheel (111) and limiting the rotating speed of the rear wheel (111).
