Abstract:
Disclosed are a pushing method and pushing system for service guidance information. The pushing method comprises: acquiring original signalling information about a signalling network, and obtaining original user data by decoding the original signalling information; using the deep packet inspection (DPI) technology to analyse the original user data, and identifying a data stream provided with a pre-set service behaviour; acquiring user information about a user corresponding to the data stream according to the original user data; and generating service guidance information according to the type of the pre-set service behaviour, and sending the service guidance information to the user having the user information. In the disclosure, a user service behaviour is analysed, and service guidance is performed for the user service behaviour, thereby reducing the occupancy of invalid promotion information on network resources, and at the same time effectively avoiding information transmission for an unrelated user, and improving the user experience.
