Abstract:
A PVC electronic connecting wire, comprising a connecting wire (1), and a first connector (2) and a second connector (3) respectively provided at two end of the connecting wire. The connecting wire (1) comprises a metal conductor (4), a PVC insulating protective layer (5), a braided mesh (6), and a transparent PVC protective layer (7). The PVC insulating protective layer (5) is provided on the metal conductor (4); the braided mesh (6) is provided on the PVC insulating protective layer (5); and the transparent PVC protective layer (7) is provided on the braided mesh (6). By providing the metal conductor (4) with three insulating protective layers, the inner and outer ones of which are both PVC protective layers, the insulating property and fire safety are greatly improved; because the braided mesh (6) is completely wrapped on the PVC insulating protective layer (5), the oxygen barrier property is enhanced, which further improves the fire safety; the processing difficulty of braiding wires can be reduced by directly using an automatic machine to cut, stripe, and riveting-press a terminal; the appearance of the braiding wires can be effectively maintained by using the transparent PVC protective layer (7) at the outer layer.
