Description:

PVC METAL - WOOD APPLICATION IN DOORS AND WINDOWS

Technical Field

The invention relates to the doors and windows used in internal and external windows -door systems of the buildings.

The invention relates to a new door and window system formed by frame and leafs upon application of joining part particularly between PVC profiles and wooden profiles.

Background of the invention

Doors and windows made of PVC material is used in internal and external door and window systems of the buildings in our time. Window or door systems with single or double glass panes are formed by PVC doors and windows. Generally, a construction highly resistant against external impacts is obtained by making windows and doors of balcony and external surface windows and doors from PVC.

PVC profiles produced by extruder machines constitute the profiles of frames and leaf. Support sheets made of metal are placed at the internal parts of the PVC profiles to increase their resistance and durability. Movable profiles of leafs that are joined to frames of the windows and doors are also formed in different structures.

Finishing coats produced by mixing of wood dusts and PVC powder are applied on surfaces of PVC profiles. By this finishing coat applied on PVC profiles, an appearance of wood is ensured on said surfaces. It is also possible to form structures different from PVC by joining aluminum profiles and wood profiles. Nevertheless, the requirement for manufacturing composite window-door systems to be formed by improvement of PVC profiles arises. Doors and windows made of PVC, aluminum or wood are used. However, there is a requirement to form a new window and door structure by bringing together the properties of PVC, aluminum and wood materials.

Doors and windows which are placed at the internal sections of the buildings and made of PVC and wood materials need to form healthy environments.

PVC profiles need to be supported by metallic materials where door and window systems are made of PVC material. Doors and windows made of wood are easily affected by water and humidity formation (such as vapors, mist, etc.) occurring in the environment. The aluminum windows and profiles made of aluminum, despite their light structure, conduct heat at a certain rate. Doors and windows are also made from aluminum profiles. ; .

In utility model application no., TR2006 06664 U, heat barriers formed between aluminum body section and wooden body section is explained. Doors and windows made of PVC are not referred to in this document.

In patent application no. TR2002 01489 A1 , the method applied to provide appearance of wood on door and window profiles made of PVC is explained. However, availability of a structure formed by joining of PVC, aluminum and wood materials currently known and used for windows and doors is not in question. The need is present for forming composite window and door structures with high durability and desired insulation ensuring a healthy environment using properties of each separate material.

Object of the invention

Based on the current state of the art, the object of the invention is to obtain a new door and window structure to be formed placing PVC profiles on external parts and wooden part at internal parts and joining PVC and wooden profiles with a special joining part and develop a method for application of the same.

Another object of the invention is to form frame, middle section and leafs of doors and windows from PVC to be joined with wooden profiles by the use of joining piece.

Another object of the invention is to transfer the impacts from the outside environment via PVC to joining piece and to wooden profile via joining piece.

An another object of the invention is the formation of durable window and door structure by insulation from external impacts of inside environment in the building, upon transfer of external environment impacts to wooden profile via joining piece connected to PVC.

Another object of the invention is to fprm bolted doors and windows having PVC on one surface, wooden profile on the other surface and a joining piece in between, combining PVC and wood.

Another object of the invention is to obtain a healthier and more durable structure by making frame and leafs of the windows and doors from PVC aluminum, wooden profile or ensuring placement of wooden profile on PVC profile and forming both surfaces from the wooden profile.

One other object of the invention is to provide facility of cutting and joining. The products currently available in the market are formed by separate joining procedures with wood and/or aluminum. They do not have the features of a composite product produced by joining three separate materials. The facility of production ensured in this way by joining these three different materials used in manufacturing in the sector of subject industry for producing a different composite material by various production methods applied in known cases of the technique thus ensures savings from production items and natural materials.

Since a high amount of wooden material is wasted in the production of currently used and applied wooden doors and windows with existing technologies and a high loss rate occurs due to failures in production, another object of the invention is to decrease consumption of trees in the nature and overcome the drawback of wood wastage.

Another object of the invention is ensure savings in usage and consumption of various products. Various fitting elements such as screws, bolts etc., are used for joining the pieces employed in the sector. The present invention ensures the use of less fitting and connection elements, owing to its joining method overcoming this problem.

Another object of the invention is to obtain natural appearance with application of wooden profile. As the demand for wooden windows in the market is considered, it is observed that the number of consumers preferring products made of other materials is too high, since in the case of wooden products, outer surfaces are subject to wear due to rugged natural elements leading to replacement of subject products. One other object is also the elimination of this problem.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, outside surface of the product is made of a material resistant against natural conditions and the wooden materials used on internal surfaces and parts are less in quantity, and therefore consumption of trees in the nature is lessened. In addition, non-wear of outer parts is also a factor in lowering tree consumption, which ensures savings in the wooden products.

In order to achieve the said objects, the joining piece is combined with PVC profile and frame and leafs are formed from wooden profiles combined by joining piece. Windows and doors with PVC on one surface and wood on other surfaces are obtained by frame and leafs formed in this way. The parts of dpors and windows facing internal sections of the buildings are made from wood while their parts facing exterior are made of PVC. Therefore, at the internal locations, the doors and windows made of wood are formed, while at the exterior locations or surfaces, doors and windows made from PVC are located. PVC materials are more resistant against the external factors, and the adverse effects conducted via joining piece to the wooden profile is prevented.

A preferred embodiment of the invention comprises;

- forming of PVC profile,

- forming of joining piece,

- forming of wooden profile, in order to form frames and leafs of the doors and windows in PVC, aluminum and wooden composition. Windows and doors are made of frames and leafs formed by the placement of joining piece between PVC profile and wooden profile.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, PVC profile and wooden profile are joined by a joining piece. :

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, mounting recesses and protrusions are provided on PVC profile. :

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, mounting recesses coupled to mounting protrusions on PVC profile and mounting extensions coupled to mounting recesses on wooden profile are formed on joining piece.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, mounting recesses into which mounting protrusions of joining piece are inserted are formed on wooden profile.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the middle part profiles of the windows are formed from the material of joining piece which is placed between PVC profile and wooden profile.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, there is at least one cavity formed in PVC profile and joining piece.

A preferred embodiment of the invention involves door frames and leafs which include at least one joining piece between PVC profiles and wooden profiles.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, PVC profile, wooden profile and joining piece have at least one mounting protrusion and one mounting recess enabling the same to be coupled to each other.
