Abstract:
A PVDF-based carbon fiber composite piezoelectric sensor and a preparation method therefor. The composite piezoelectric sensor comprises a positive-electrode carbon fiber fabric layer (1), a negative-electrode carbon fiber fabric layer (2), a dielectric layer (4) and a polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) piezoelectric polymer layer (3). The preparation method comprises: performing hot melting and cooling to form a carbon fiber composite body in which PVDF serves as a matrix; enhancing the piezoelectric characteristics by means of contact polarization of an alternating electric field, so as to form a PVDF-based carbon fiber composite piezoelectric body; and performing assembling to form a sensor. The characteristics and advantages of a carbon fiber material, a dielectric material and a piezoelectric material are merged; and the composite piezoelectric sensor has the advantages of stable mechanical property, high sensitivity, strong toughness, impact resistance, good durability, simple and convenient manufacturing, etc., and can be applied to long-term monitoring of dynamic responses such as strain and deformation of a plane and a complex curved surface without the need for additionally installing an electrode.
