Abstract:
A pulse width modulation (PWM) control device for electronic pre-charging of a battery pack is provided. The PWM control device for electronic pre-charging of a battery pack according to an embodiment of the present invention is a PWM control device for electronic pre-charging of a battery pack, and comprises: a power semiconductor device which is connected to a resistor for limiting a high current generated upon a difference between a capacitor voltage value in a converter connected to the battery pack and an output voltage value of the battery pack, and is electronically switched to pre-charge the battery pack; a gate driver connected to a gate terminal of the power semiconductor device; a PWM generator which is connected to the gate driver, and generates a PWM signal of the gate driver; and a duty variator which is connected to the PWM generator, and dynamically varies the duty of the PWM signal according to a charging situation of the battery pack.
