Abstract:

Disclosed is a novel pyrazolopyridine derivative which is useful as a pharmaceutical product having a phosphodiesterase inhibitory activity. Specifically disclosed is a pyrazolopyridine derivative represented by the general formula (1) below, a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, or a hydrate of any of them. [chemical formula 1] (1) (In the formula, R1 represents a hydrogen atom, an optionally substituted alkyl group having 1-6 carbon atoms or the like; R2 represents an optionally substituted alkyl group having 1-6 carbon atoms or the like; R5 and R6 may be the same or different and represent a hydrogen atom or a halogen atom; R13 represents a hydrogen atom or a halogen atom; n represents 0 or 1; [chemical formula 2] represents a single bond or a double bond; R3 represents a hydrogen atom, a hydroxy group or the like; and R4 represents a hydrogen atom, a phenyl group or the like.)
