Abstract:

Disclosed are a pyrimidine compound, a preparation method therefor and the medical use thereof. In particular, the present invention relates to a pyrimidine compound represented by the general formula (I), and a preparation method therefor, and the use of same as an inhibitor of cyclin-dependent kinase 7 (CDK7), particularly the use in preventing and/or treating human diseases including cancers. Definitions of each group in the general formula (I) are as defined in the description.
