Abstract:
This pyroelectric infrared detector suitable for installation on a ceiling etc. has a pyroelectric photoelectric conversion element as a light-receiving element. The pyroelectric photoelectric conversion element includes: a pyroelectric material; a positive electrode and a negative electrode formed on the surface of the pyroelectric material; and reverse-surface electrodes provided on the reverse surface of the pyroelectric material and respectively corresponding to the positive electrode and the negative electrode. The gap between the positive electrode and the negative electrode is formed by one among a broken line, a curved line, and a combination thereof.
