Abstract:
Disclosed is a simply structured, compact infrared sensor device capable of detailed detection of heat source displacement. A pyroelectric infrared sensor device (1a) is provided with a pyroelectric infrared sensor (20) and an optical filter (10). The pyroelectric infrared sensor (20) is provided with a pyroelectric substrate (21) having a light-receiving surface (21a), first electrodes (22a, 22b) formed on the light-receiving surface (21a), and second electrodes formed on the pyroelectric substrate (21). The optical filter (10) is arranged above the light-receiving surface (21a). By means of lowering the intensity of the infrared light incident to a portion of the first electrodes (22a, 22b), the optical filter (10) forms, in the region of the first electrodes (22a, 22b), a first region (B1-B4) having a relatively high intensity of incident infrared light, and a second region (C1, C2) having a relatively low intensity of incident infrared light.
