Abstract:
The present invention relates to a pyrolysis apparatus for obtaining recycled fuel by pyrolyzing waste, and specifically, to a pyrolysis apparatus and a pyrolysis system for recovery of oil and production of solids, in which oil is recovered by pyrolysis of waste and high-temperature fine particles remaining in a pyrolysis furnace after pyrolysis are discharged as solids by being mixed with moisture which is recovered when oil is recovered. The pyrolysis apparatus for recovery of oil and production of solids according to the present invention comprises: a pyrolyzer comprising a heating furnace having a heating means for increasing temperature, and a pyrolysis furnace having a stirring means for stirring the waste which has been introduced inside; and an oil recovery apparatus for obtaining oil from the discharge gas which has been discharged from the pyrolyzer, wherein the oil recovery apparatus obtains oil by separating oil from the discharge gas using a water tank in which water is stored, and allows fine particles to be discharged as solids by recovering the moisture included in the discharge gas and settled sediment, pyrolyzing the recovered moisture and sediment, and then providing same to the pyrolysis furnace so as to bond same with the fine particles remaining in the pyrolysis furnace.
