Abstract:
This pyrolysis system minimizes the energy consumed by pyrolysis and is constituted from: a pyrolysis device 10 that is equipped with an atmospheric gas introduction port 12 through which gas from an atmospheric gas generation device 41 is introduced, a generated gas discharge port 13, and a heating means 14; and a heat recycling device 20 that supplies necessary heat. The heat recycling device 20 is equipped with heat storage tanks 21L, M, N that apply heat to the atmospheric gas, and also equipped with a gas introduction passage F1 extending from the atmospheric gas generation device 10 to the heat storage tanks, a gas heating passage F2 extending from the entrance to the heat storage tanks to the exit from the heat storage tanks, and a gas discharge passage F3 extending from the exit from the heat storage tanks 21L, M, N to a pyrolysis gas introduction port. The atmospheric gas is heated by the gas heating passage F2.
