Abstract:
The present invention aims to provide a stable organic pigment compound which substantially absorbs short-wavelength visible light in order to widen the selection of available organic pigment compounds which absorb short-wavelength visible light in various fields where such organic pigment compounds are required. Disclosed herein for fulfilling such an aim is a pyrylium compound which absorbs visible light having a wavelength around 400 nm.
