Abstract:
In order to provide a quality control system wherein searching for a cause upon occurrence of a malfunction is made easy, and reducing the occurrence of the malfunction itself, preventively, is possible, the quality control system comprises process terminals (T) installed at a plurality of lines (L) included in a production line of a product, and monitoring computers (200) connected to the process terminals (T). Each of the process terminals (T) is provided with an input unit (13) for letting a worker input the state of the product at each of the lines (L), and a terminal transmission unit for transmitting product-state data in accordance with the inputted product state to the monitoring computer (200). Each of the monitoring computers (200) is provided with a display unit (6) that detects the quality of the product for each of a plurality of monitoring items and for each of the lines (L), for a quality control of the product, on the basis of the product-state data transmitted from the process terminals (T), and compares the detected quality with quality control values set for each of the monitoring items, and when the detected quality reaches the control values, notifies that fact.
