Abstract:
Provided are a quality detection system, method and apparatus for a micro spring. The system comprises: a cabinet (11), a material-loading assembly (12), a manipulator material-fetching assembly (13), a detection assembly (14), a defective product sorting assembly (15), a non-defective product material-discharging assembly (16), a visual inspection device (17) and a programmable logic controller (18). When a request for carrying out quality detection on a micro spring to be detected is received, a detection camera (141) is firstly controlled to carry out spring image collection on the micro spring to be detected; then, the visual detection device (17) is controlled to carry out product identification and dimension measurement on a collected spring image to obtain a corresponding quality detection result, and the quality detection result is sent to the programmable logic controller (18); and finally, the programmable logic controller (18) is controlled so same sends a processing signal to the non-defective product material-discharging assembly (16) or the defective product sorting assembly (15) according to the quality detection result to carry out corresponding processing on the micro spring to be detected, so that the degree of automation for the quality detection of a micro spring is improved, thereby improving the quality detection efficiency.
