Abstract:
Model Patent to be used to quality fuel analyze is composed of engine (1), that contains: engine rotation sensor (2), engine temperature sensor (3), engine detonation sensor (4), engine lambda sensor (5), engine pressure sensor (6), engine combustion analyzer (7), engine gases analyzer (9), gases analyzer sensor (10), ambient temperature sensor (12), relative humidity sensor (13), atmospheric pressure sensor (14), display for input values and printer (11), all connected on data processor (8) though wires (15) and energy handle (1.6). The fuel analyzer, object of this patent, will provide the physical analyze of fuel through engine functioning and monitoring, we will get and save the several values gotten on engine test with several fuels, because gotten values are directly proportional to fuel quality and fual type.

CLAIM

1)"QUALITY FUEL ANALYSER" is composed by a four-cycle engine(1), 1(one) cylinder monitored by sensors: engine rotation(2) , engine temperature(3), engine detonation(4) , engine lambda(5) , engine pressure(6), engine combustion(7); gases analyzer(9), gases analyzer sensor(10) , ambient temperature sensor (12), relative humidity sensor(13), atmospheric pressure sensor(14) , display and printer(11) , all connected to data processor(δ) through wires(15) and energy handle (16); According drawing of quality fuel analyzer model , the object of this patent is a engine(1) that contains five sensors : rotation , temperature , combustion , detonation and engine pressure. It also has climatic sensors: ambient temperature, atmospheric pressure and relative humidity sensor; It also has an engine gases analyzer. IT are all connected through wires(15) to data processor(8) that receive, processes and send results to display and printer. The quality fuel analyzer will provide the physical analyze of fuel. Through engine functioning and monitoring, we will get and save the several values gotten on several test fuels, because gotten values are directly proportional to fuel quality and fuel type. The quality fuel analyzer, object of this patent, can have several formats, depending on engine type that be used, types, quantity and analyzers, climatic sensors, processors to be used and also readers values than can be integrated on processor. Through only one sensor or only one gas analyzer or anything engine value gotten, is possible to identify engine work variables and then diagnosis fuel quality, because every situation will need engine work variable mapping. All gotten values can be transformed in a single value created by co-relation variables. Quality fuel analyzer monitor engine performance, can improve the world fuel classification and can generate new products and classifications.

"QUALITY FUEL ANALYSER"

- The current patent of utility model has as objective a quality fuel analyzer model; to be used on gas stations, deliverers, laboratories, automobile industries, automobile mechanics, oil refinery and ethanol plants, resulting on adulterated fuel reduction, through a cheaper and efficient quality control.

Currently, chemistry quality fuel analyzers as known. However, analyzes can only be made on equipped laboratories; generating slow and expensive results.

Currently, in Brazil, adulterated fuel money volume is greater than drugs money volume. When a gas station is selling adulterated fuel, the fuel governmental agency cannot close the gas station, because gas station owner can make use of legal rights based on unknown of fuel quality. The arguments are that gas station is only a fuel selling point and not a fuel deliverer or fuel extractor and when a fuel truck arrived on a gas station there is not a way to analyze fuel quality. The chemistry analyze can not be used because truck cannot wait for laboratory results. The gas station owner also arguments that the proof of purchase cannot void the fuel quality.

In Brazil, adulterated fuel is the biggest illegal money volume. The adulterated fuel gases are cancerigenous, generating animal and environmental damages. The quality fuel analyzer was created to solve these problems, mapping the engine mechanical work though several optional devices that will show and later use variable values gotten on quality fuel diagnostics. The suggest model, is composed

by a four-cycle engine and a cylinder, and monitored by sensors: rotation, temperature, combustion, detonation and engine pressure. The model also contains climatic sensors: ambient temperature, atmospheric pressure, relative humidity; and an engine gases analyzer.

The main objective of the suggest model is to do fuel quality analyze in fewer minutes though of analyzers and sensors values gotten. There are variations on fuel values gotten depending of fuel type and fuel quality. The object model of fuel analyzer is detailed described on drawing of this document.

The drawing show the model divided on several components in perspective, object of this patent.
