Abstract:
A quality management apparatus (1) is characterized by having, in order to realize stable quality management: an input device to which is inputted data relating to operation conditions, etc., of devices (21)-(26) in a production system (20) for producing a product; a calculation unit that substitutes values of the operation conditions for a pre-calculated correlation expression and calculates a value derived from the correlation expression; a determination unit that determines whether the quality of a workpiece is good in each step on the basis of the result of the calculation executed by the calculation unit. The quality management apparatus (1) calculates appropriate values of the operation conditions when the result of the determination shows that the quality is "not good", and sets the values in the devices (21)-(26).
