Abstract:
A quantitative detection method for an erigeron breviscapus injection by means of quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker. According to the method, scutellarin and 3,5-O-dicaffeoylquinic acid are used as reference substances, scutellarin and dicaffeoyl ester compounds of 3,5-O-dicaffeoylquinic acid, 3,4-O-dicaffeoylquinic acid, 4,5-O-dicaffeoylquinic acid, erigoster B, and erigeron breviscapus ester in the erigeron breviscapus injection are quantified by means of a method of quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker, and the quality stability between batches of the erigeron breviscapus injection is controlled by means of a fingerprint. The detection method has advantages of the quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker, an accurate and stable test result, saved test time and test costs.
