Abstract:
Disclosed are a quantitative loading and rapid lifting process method capable of reducing shutdown failures, and process equipment for implementing the method. The process equipment comprises a material bin (1), a lifting skip (2), a material loading device (3), a belt conveyor (4), and a weighing, measurement and feeding machine (5). After the total amount of time of the time for the weighing, measurement and feeding machine (5) to load a rated load and for a feeding-stop delay is equal to the comprehensive amount of time spent on net lifting and material loading of the lifting skip (2), operation is continued according to the total amount of time of the time for the weighing, measurement and feeding machine (5) to load the rated load and for the feeding stop delay being equal to the comprehensive amount of time spent on net lifting and material loading of the lifting skip (2), and the cycles are repeated in sequence, thereby avoiding the occurrence of a major accident, such as coal mine production suspension caused by electric motor burnout resulting from frequent starting of the belt conveyor (4) under heavy loads, and avoiding the serious waste of manpower, material resources, time, etc., due to a bad environment, a narrow site and frequent replacement of an electric motor.
