Abstract:
In accordance with implementations of the subject matter described herein, a new approach for evaluating a quality of a video device is proposed. In these implementations, a test signal is received from a further device coupled to an output of a video device in a video system. A quality indicator of the received test signal is determined. Then, a quality of the video system is evaluated based on the quality indicator. In accordance with implementations of the subject matter described herein, a new approach for generating and transmitting a test signal for evaluating a quality of a video system is proposed.
