Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the field of fluorescent materials and discloses a quantum dot composite fluorescent particle comprising quantum dots, a mesoporous material and a water-blocking and oxygen-blocking material, the quantum dots are distributed in the mesoporous material, and the water-blocking and oxygen barrier material is filled in the gap between the quantum dots and the mesoporous material. The quantum dot composite fluorescent particle further comprises metal nanoparticles distributed in the mesoporous material. The present invention further discloses a LED module made by using the quantum dot composite fluorescent particle. The present invention greatly improves the water and oxygen barrier property of the quantum dot composite fluorescent particle by filling the gap between the quantum dots and the mesoporous material with the water-blocking and oxygen barrier material, thereby enhancing the stability of the quantum dot composite fluorescent particle; and the metal nano particles can help the quantum dots capture more blue light, improving the utilization rate of blue light.
