Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application is a preparation method for a quantum dot film, comprising the following steps: under an inert atmosphere, providing a mixed solution system of a fatty acid solution of a first ligand and a first quantum dot, carrying out a ligands interchange reaction under a first heating condition, and preparing a second quantum dot with the first ligand on the surface, wherein the structural general formula of the first ligand is as shown in formula 1, and R1 is selected from substituents having 1 to 6 carbon atoms and a first active group at the end; providing a substrate, and depositing the second quantum dot on the substrate to prepare a quantum dot prefabricated film; and depositing a mixed solution containing an initiating agent and a cross-linking agent on the quantum dot prefabricated film, heating to crosslink the first ligand on the surface of the quantum dot, and preparing the quantum dot film.
