Abstract:
The present application discloses a quantum dot preparation method, a microfluidic apparatus, and an optoelectronic device. The preparation method of the present application comprises: converging, in a channel, a fluid of a target mixed solution formed by anion and cation precursor solutions and an inert liquid, the inert liquid isolating the target mixed solution from the inner wall of the channel, so that the contact area between the target mixed solution and the inner wall of the channel is reduced, a dynamic disturbance effect is formed, and efficient mixing of the target mixed solution is promoted, thereby greatly improving the efficiency of preparing quantum dots.
