Abstract:
A system according to the present invention generates a decryption key by using a random number source generated through a quantum random number generator (QRNG) and generates an encryption key by combining the decryption key with a pseudo random number generated through a pseudo random number generator (PRNG). The system encrypts data by using an encryption key and transmits encrypted data in a network, and the encrypted data can be decrypted through a decryption key generated through the quantum random number generator, by using an encryption key encrypted through a pseudo random number generated by a pseudo random number generator program.
