Abstract:
A quarrying machine having staggered dual blades for mining. The machine comprises: a machine base (1); a machine rack for carrying a saw machine assembly (2) in ascending/descending trips; a lifting/lowering driving mechanism (7) hindgedly arranged between the machine rack and two vertical columns (10) of the machine base; and track wheels (5) capable of running on a track. The saw machine assembly (2) comprises: a motor (21); a gearbox (22); and a saw blade (23) fixedly attached on a gearbox spindle (223). An output shaft of the motor is transmissively connected to the gearbox; the machine rack is two pieces of buckle (3) slidably arranged respectively on two vertical column guide rails; two saw machine assemblies are arranged in parallel on the two pieces of buckle; each saw machine assembly is rotatively arranged 180° against the other; thereby the saw blades of the two saw assemblies are arranged on the relatively opposite far ends; while the output shafts of the two saw assemblies are staggered in parallel on the adjacent side. The saw assemblies are fixed between the two pieces of buckle via the gearbox; a synchronized lifting/lowering driving mechanism (7) is arranged between the two pieces of buckle and the vertical columns of the respective same side. The quarrying machine has the advantages of a compact structure, a small size, and smooth operations.
