Abstract:
A quartz crystal oscillator and a method for manufacturing the quartz crystal oscillator, the quartz crystal oscillator comprising a connection base (10), an IC chip (20), a crystal resonator (30) and a cover sheet (40); the connection base (10) is integrally formed, the bottom of a mounting groove (11) of the connection base (10) is divided into an IC mounting position and a resonator mounting position, and the IC chip (20) is fixedly provided at the IC mounting position; the crystal resonator (30) comprises a resonator base (31) and a quartz crystal vibrator (32), the quartz crystal vibrator (32) is mounted in the resonator base (31), the resonator base (31) covers the resonator mounting position; and the cover sheet (40) covers and closes a groove opening of the mounting groove (11) in a sealing manner to form a closed cavity. Using the present solution aims to solve the problems of low production efficiency and high production equipment cost caused by complicated processes for manufacturing a quartz crystal oscillator in the prior art.
