Abstract:
The present invention relates to a quasi-noncombustible heat insulator including a toxic gas adsorbent material, and a manufacturing method therefor. Particularly, the present invention relates to a quasi-noncombustible heat insulator characterized by comprising a heat insulating material layer and an external layer, wherein a nonwoven fabric is attached to a cover layer of the external layer, and the nonwoven fabric includes a flame retardant coating layer formed by coating and curing a mixed solution containing a toxic gas adsorbent material which can adsorb toxic gas generated in the heat insulating material layer when a fire occurs. The present invention can provide a quasi-noncombustible heat insulator having excellent flame retardancy, waterproofness, and heat insulation. Also, the heat insulator is lightweight and easy to install, has high strength and a pleasing external appearance, as well as excellent durability, and in particular, can adsorb toxic gas generated in the heat insulating material layer when a fire occurs, and thereby significantly reduce the generation of the toxic gas. Also, the present invention can provide a method through which the heat insulator can be manufactured at high productivity.
