Abstract:
A quench detection method for a superconducting magnet using radio frequency wave technology, comprising a to-be-detected inductor (1), a Balun (2), an isolating annular assembly (3), a power source (4), a cancellation processing portion (5) and a detection closed-loop system (6). The to-be-detected inductor is placed in a dewar, and the load impedance is transformed from 0+j∞ at the outlet of the dewar to about 0+j0 after Balun transforming After cancellation processing, the detection closed-loop system detects the variation component and outputs the result.
