Abstract:
The present invention relates to a quenching agent spray device for quenching a metal product heated at a high temperature during a heat treatment process to improve physical properties of the product and, more particularly, to a quenching agent spray module system for a heat-treated metal product, in which a product entrance through which the product passes is formed in a central part of a quenching agent spray module formed by combining a module housing and a module cover, and a quenching agent distribution tube which fills with a quenching agent is formed along a circumference of the product entrance, wherein the central part fixed to a nozzle fixing block formed in the quenching agent distribution tube sprays the quenching agent from an empty disk-shaped nozzle to the product to perform quenching and washing of the heat-treated metal product.
