Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application provide a quenching assistance mechanism for a gas cylinder heat treatment process, comprising a bottom table, a quenching chamber, a circulating spray apparatus, and a rotating transport apparatus. A cavity is formed in the bottom table, a quenching liquid is contained in the cavity, and a quenching through hole is formed in the top of the cavity. The quenching chamber is arranged on the upper surface of the bottom table, and a quenching channel is provided in the quenching chamber. The rotating transport apparatus is arranged on the bottom table and located at the top of the cavity, and the rotating transport apparatus comprises a transport portion for transporting a gas cylinder and a rotation driving portion for rotating the gas cylinder. The circulating spray apparatus is arranged on the bottom table and the quenching chamber, and the circulating spray apparatus sprays the quenching liquid to the position of the gas cylinder. According to the quenching assistance mechanism for a gas cylinder heat treatment process provided in the embodiments of the present utility model, a gas cylinder is rotated by means of the rotation driving portion, so that all parts of the gas cylinder can be uniformly quenched by the quenching liquid, and the uniformity of gas cylinder quenching is improved, thereby improving the quenching quality of gas cylinder quenching.
