Provided is a queue management system (1000) which manages queuing of users in a facility. Said system comprises: a queue management terminal (200) which accepts a queuing registration operation in the facility, and a reference and an update operation of status information of the registered queuing; and a queue management server (100) which manages, for each facility, the status information of the queuing which has been registered via the queue management terminal (200). The queue management terminal (200) is capable of opening, in a single session, a plurality of operation screens for carrying out inquiries to the queue management server (100). The queue management server (100) further comprises an access key generating unit which generates access keys which are used when the queue management terminal (200) carries out the inquiries to the queue management server (100). The access keys are allocated to each of the operation screens, and the number of the access keys which may be used simultaneously at each of the facilities is limited to a given number.
