Abstract:
Disclosed is a queue management system (1000) provided with a management terminal (200), a portable management terminal (300), and a queue management server (100) which manages a queueing situation at a facility on the basis of information transmitted from the management terminal (200) or the portable management terminal (300), wherein the portable management terminal (300) is provided with: a waiting list screen display unit (210) which acquires waiting list information from the queue management server (100), and which displays a waiting list screen that contains a part of information about respective waiting parties included in the waiting list and a part of operating means for receiving a queueing situation renewal operation for the respective waiting parties; and a detailed information screen display unit (210) which receives an operation of selecting a waiting party in the waiting list screen, and which displays a detailed information screen that contains all of the information regarding the selected waiting party, including the information not being displayed on the waiting list screen, and contains an operating means for receiving all renewal operations applicable to said waiting party.
