Abstract:
A queuing method and device enabling smart transfer. The queuing method for smart transfer comprises: if the current number of dispensed tickets of a target window exceeds a preset threshold, according to ticket information of a customer in the waiting queue of the target window and ticket information of a customer in the waiting queue of an alternative window, determining whether there is a target customer satisfying a transfer condition in the waiting queue of the target window (S110), the service content of the alternative window including service request content of the target customer; and if there is a target customer satisfying the transfer condition in the waiting queue of the target window, transferring the target customer to the waiting queue of the alternative window (S120).
