Disclosed is a quick-assembly light source module, comprising an optical member, a light source board, and a circuit board. The edge or the light entrance surface of the optical member is provided with at least two first snap-fit elements arranged along the periphery of the optical member and protruding toward the orientation of the light entrance surface. The side portions of the first snap-fit elements are provided with circuit board grooves that are recessed inward from the outer surfaces of the side portions. The circuit board is provided with first snap-fit holes. The first snap-fit elements are inserted into the first snap-fit holes and the circuit board is snap-fitted into the circuit board grooves. The light source board is provided between the optical member and the circuit board. The surface of the light source board close to the light entrance surface of the optical member is provided with light sources. The present invention has the advantages of simplified assembling work, reduced procedures, and shortened labor hours, and thus can improve the work efficiency of assembly line workers. Also disclosed is a lamp.
