Abstract:
A quick battery swapping system for an electric commercial vehicle, comprising an electric commercial vehicle having a swappable battery pack and a box-type battery swapping station. A transverse battery compartment is provided at the bottom of a crossbeam of the electric commercial vehicle; one end of the battery compartment is provided with a compartment door, and the wall of the other end opposite to the compartment door is provided with connection sockets which are in butt joint with plugs of the battery pack; the battery compartment is internally provided with compartment rails matching rollers of the battery pack. The box-type battery swapping station comprises battery swapping trolleys and a box body; each battery swapping trolley is provided with a frame rail matching the rollers of the battery pack; the frame rail is provided with a battery pack pushing and pulling mechanism; vertical charging racks are provided in the box body; unit cells are vertically arranged on each vertical charging rack; each cell is provided with a charging pile for charging a battery pack; and a battery swapping trolley conveying mechanism for conveying the battery swapping trolleys to the charging piles is further provided. The present invention can implement battery pack specification standardization of electric commercial vehicles of different tonnages and implement swapping by means of a same battery swap equipment, and thus has high battery swapping efficiency and low costs and is easy to popularize, thus thoroughly solving the problem that electric commercial vehicles cannot be popularized.
