Abstract:
A quick-change drill bit device, comprising a drive shaft (1), a clamping block (2), an outer sleeve (3) and an elastic member (4). A mounting groove of the drive shaft (1) is used for mounting a drill bit (100), the outer sleeve (3) is sleeved on the drive shaft (1), the elastic member (4) is sleeved on the drive shaft (1) and has a fixed end fixedly connected to the drive shaft (1), and the elastic member (4) is compressed when the outer sleeve (3) moves toward a rear end of the drive shaft (1). The drive shaft (1) is provided with a mounting hole having a grooved positioning surface therein, the clamping block (2) is mounted in the mounting hole and is in contact with the grooved positioning surface, and a chamfer adapted to a chamfer of the drill bit is provided at a position where the clamping block (2) is in contact with the drill bit (100). The outer sleeve (3) covers the clamping block (2) and leaves a space for the clamping block (2) to move in a radial direction of the drive shaft (1) when it moves to a set position toward the rear end of the drive shaft (1), and presses the clamping block (2) when the outer sleeve (3) moves to the set position toward the front end of the drive shaft (1). The drill bit of the quick-change drill bit apparatus does not need an external tool to be replaced, and operation is simple.
