Abstract:
A quick-change mechanism device for a middle slitting knife of a multi-cavity forming die, relating to the field of multi-cavity forming die devices. The quick-change mechanism device comprises fixed block guide plates (1), a cylinder fixing base (2) and a base (3). A transverse groove (4) is formed in the middle of the base (3); the fixed block guide plates (1) are arranged at two edges of the inner side of the transverse groove (4); the cylinder fixing base (2) is arranged between the fixed block guide plates (1); the two ends of the cylinder fixing base (2) are fixed on the bottom edge of the transverse groove (4) by means of bolts (10); a blade fixing base (5) is arranged in the middle of the cylinder fixing base (2); and a blade (6) is arranged on the upper end of the blade fixing base (5). The quick-changing mechanism device has a simple design and is convenient to use; as long as the bolts (10) locking the cylinder fixing base (2) are loosened and extracted towards one side, the whole slitting knife mechanism may be dismantled and conveniently maintained and replaced, thereby greatly reducing maintenance time and reducing losses. With the described quick-changing mechanism device for a slitting knife, the blade (6) is easy to replace, and the production efficiency is increased.
