Abstract:
A quick clamp for U-shaped shed acceptance inspection, the quick clamp comprising a steel plate (100). A longer bracket (110) and a shorter bracket (120) are respectively welded to two ends of an upper portion of the steel plate, wherein a connecting groove (140) is provided in an upper portion of the shorter bracket, and a threaded rod mounting frame (150) is mounted and connected in the connecting groove; a mounting frame fixing mechanism (200) is mounted in a lower portion of the shorter bracket; and the longer bracket is welded to the shorter bracket by means of the steel plate, and is used in cooperation with a threaded rod (155) and a nut (156) in the threaded rod mounting frame, and after the threaded rod is pushed out from the shorter bracket, the threaded rod cooperates with the longer bracket on the other side of the steel plate, so that the quick clamp is clamped on an outer side of a U-shaped shed. The quick clamp can implement quick fastening, improve the efficiency of acceptance inspection, and is convenient to disassemble, carry and transport.
