A quick clamping device and a multifunctional machine tool using same. The clamping device comprises a vertical hollow output shaft (10), and a pull rod (20) having an expansion cone (20-1) at the lower end; a sliding slot (20-2) that constitutes a perpendicular moving pair together with a hinge pin (21) is formed at the middle part of the pull rod (20), and the hinge pin (21) is hinged to the upper parts of a left collet (22) and a right collet (23) on two sides of the pull rod (20); the inner sides of the lower ends of the left collet (22) and the right collet (23) are fitted to the expansion cone (20-1); the upper ends of the left collet (22) and the right collet (23) abut against a small spring (18) sleeved on the pull rod (20), the upper end of the small spring (18) abuts against a pressing device for pressing the pull rod (20), the pressing device further abuts against the upper end of a large spring (17), and the lower end of the large spring (17) is limited to a diameter-reducing step of the output shaft (10). The device can achieve complete release and avoids seizure, and is very reliable in clamping.
