Abstract:
A quick clamping tool for petroleum machinery. The tool comprises a base (1); recesses (2) each having an upward opening are formed on the base; two parallel first clamping plates (3) are respectively vertically provided in the recesses; each of the two first clamping plates is provided with a first installation groove (5); a threaded rod (7) is rotatably connected in the first installation groove; the threaded rod runs through the upper side wall of the first clamping plate and is sleeved with a matched nut (9); the inner wall of the first installation groove is vertically provided with a slide groove (6); the nut is slidably connected to the slide groove by means of a slide block (8); a second clamping plate (10) is fixedly connected to the side wall of the nut; the second clamping plate runs through the side wall of the first clamping plate; the lower ends of the two first clamping plates are respectively provided with second installation grooves (12) each having a downward opening; a gear (13) is rotatably connected in each second installation groove. The clamping tool is simple in structure, easy to operate, capable of implementing quick clamping, convenient for a user to perform dismounting, convenient in clamping operation, and firm in clamping.
