The invention disclosed a quick connect and disconnect coupling, it includes a body (1), a locking of element (2), a collar ring (3), a washer (4) and a seal ring (5), wherein there is a positive stop (8) on the hollow inner cylinder of the body (1), the open end of the hollow inner cylinder of the body (1) has a cone stopping structure (12)&semi there is a cone hole (22) in the center of the locking element (2)&semi the out circumference of the collar (3) consist of a cylinder surface and a frustum surface&semi the cross section of the seal ring (5) can be right trapeze and rectangle, it may be also circular or oval&semi the seal ring is in the stopping structure (12) of the body (1), and a washer (4) is against the out end of the seal ring&semi a collar (3) is against the out end of washer (4), the cone surface (31) of the collar fits with the cone hole 22 of said locking element (2), said locking element (2) connects with said body (1) tightly.
