Abstract:
A quick connection clamping hoop, comprising an upper clamping hoop body (1) and a lower clamping hoop body (2) which are both semi-annular. An upper rib (3) and an upper seal ring groove (4) are provided on the inner annular surface of the upper clamping hoop body (1); a lower rib (5) and a lower seal ring groove (6) are provided on the inner annular surface of the lower clamping hoop body (2); the upper clamping hoop body (1) and the lower clamping hoop body (2) each has one end as an insertion end, and the other end as a connection end; each of the connection ends of the upper clamping hoop body (1) and the lower clamping hoop body (2) is provided with a lug (7); the connection ends of the upper clamping hoop body (1) and the lower clamping hoop body (2) are connected to each other by means of a bolt passing through the lugs (7); the insertion ends of the upper clamping hoop body (1) and the lower clamping hoop body (2) are connected together by means of an insertion mechanism provided at the insertion ends of the upper clamping hoop body (1) and the lower clamping hoop body (2); after end-to-end connection, the upper clamping hoop body (1) and the lower clamping hoop body (2) can define a central space for receiving a pipe, and the central space is provided therein with seal rings mounted in the upper seal ring groove (4) and the lower seal ring groove (6). The clamping hoop having the structure can be quickly assembled and connected to a pipe and is convenient to use, and thus, the production efficiency and pipe connection efficiency of clamping hoops can be greatly improved.
