Abstract:
A quick connector (8) of a high-speed Jacquard machine, comprising a connector body (81) and a connector base (82). A connector jack (821) is provided at an extremity of the connector base (82). A hook part (811) is provided at an extremity of the connector body (81). A socket (822) into which the connector body (81) is inserted is provided in the connector base (82). A positioning barb (823) formed on the connector base (82) is extended into the socket (822). A pre-positioning part (824) is provided on the outer side of the positioning barb (823). A pre-positioning groove (825) fitting the pre-positioning part (824) is provided on the inner wall of the socket (822). When the connector body (81) is inserted into the socket (822) in the connector base (82), the hook part (811) of the connector body (81) engages and locks into place with the positioning barb (823) in the connector base (82), thus fixedly connecting the connector body (81) to the connector base (82). When the connector body (81) needs to be detached from the connector base (82), the connector body (81) is further pushed in the direction of the connector base (82), thus allowing the positioning barb (823) in the connector base (82) to protrude outwards by being pressed by the connector body (81), first and second positioning protrusions (826 and 827) of the pre-positioning part (824) in the positioning barb (823) respectively are engaged in the pre-positioning groove (825) in the connector base (82), thus allowing the hook part (811) at the extremity of the connector body (81) to be detached from the positioning barb (823) so as to be retracted from connector base (82). This is quick and convenient to operate.
