Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a quick connector for a vehicle fluid path, which may be freely detachably mounted to a fluid pipe such as a fuel pipe or the like of a vehicle fuel tank so as to connect a fluid hose. A quick connector (100) for a vehicle fluid path according to a prior application of the present applicant has a problem that a fluid pipe (160), which is locked by a fluid pipe connection section (111) of a housing, may be separated, because the locking portion (125) sides of respective locking pieces (121) spread out while the elastic supporting piece (126) sides of the respective locking pieces (121) close up with respect to the rotational center protrusions (122) of the respective locking pieces (121), if an outer impact is applied to a locking member (120). The quick connector for a vehicle fluid channel according to the present invention includes: a housing having a fluid pipe connection section provided at one side and a fluid hose connection section provided at the other side; a locking member mounted to the fluid pipe connection section of the housing so as to detachably support a fluid pipe, which is inserted into the fluid pipe connection section; a pair of sealing rings mounted in the fluid pipe connection section of the housing so as to keep the sealing between the fluid pipe and the fluid pipe connection section of the housing; and a space ring is mounted between the pair of sealing ring. Locking member connection sections are respectively formed to be protruded from both outer sides of the fluid pipe connection section of the housing, and respectively have fitting holes and supporting holes formed at front end and rear end. Locking pieces are provided at both sides of the locking member so as to be connected to the locking member connection section of the housing and have rotational center protrusions in the center. Safety rings are provided between the both locking pieces so as to prevent the deviation of the sealing rings and the space ring. A locking-release prevention ring is rotatively mounted to the outer periphery of the fluid pipe connection section of the housing so as to limit the retraction of the locking member. If the locking-release prevention ring is coupled with the outer periphery of the fluid pipe connection section of the housing, it is possible to prevent the release of the locking of the fluid pipe due to an external impact.
