Abstract:
Disclosed is a quick detection method for food allergens based on quantum dot fluorescence, wherein same falls within the fields of food safety and biotechnology. The above-mentioned method comprises: step 1: using a carbodiimide method to perform covalent coupling of a rabbit anti-shrimp polyclonal antibody to the surface of a quantum dot to form a quantum dot fluorescence probe; step 2: constructing a fluorescent immunochromatographic test strip; and step 3: mixing the quantum dot fluorescence probe in step 1 with a sample to be detected, and then carrying out a chromatographic detection. In the present invention, quantum dot have the advantages of a uniform appearance, stable characteristics and a modifiable surface, and same can greatly optimize the state of a reaction system, thereby providing higher sensitivity, repeatability and stability, and can effectively lower the detection limit thereof, thus making the results more reliable.
