Abstract:
Disclosed is a quick­-disconnect equipment (1) for releasably connecting two lines submitted to a traction effort. The quick-disconnect equipment (1) comprises a pivotal leg (4) which can be locked in its closed position by a movable constraint (2). Further disclosed is a link of junction having substantially the shape and size of a chain link.

CLAIMS
1. Patent of Model of Utility of a "quick. disconnect Equipment of two lines submitted to an effort of traction and link of junction", characterized for being constituted of the connecting rod of fastener (4) with the travamento device (2), being set in motion by a line of the surface.
2. Patent of Model of Utility of a "quick. disconnect Equipment of two lines submitted to an effort of traction and link of junction", as the claim (1 ), characterized for allowing that this is opened pulling it its constraint in the direction of the tracionadas lines.
3. Patent of Model of Utility of a "quick. disconnect Equipment of two lines submitted to an effort of traction and link of junction", as the claim (1 ), characterized for being able to operate with diverse mooring cables, chains, manilhas and steel handle.
4. Patent of Model of Utility of a "quick. disconnect Equipment of two lines submitted to an effort of traction and link of junction", as the claim (1), characterized for the constraint (2) to be in a place internal and protected increasing the security.
5. Patent of Model of Utility of a "quick. disconnect Equipment of two lines submitted to an effort of traction and link of junction", characterized for the link of junction to have a similar format to a chain link and to facilitate to the chain junction and other types of lines, and for dealing with a link to simple manufacture and functionality, but having capacity to accept traction effort.
Description:
- Descriptive report of the patent of model of utility for, quick- disconnect equipment of two lines submitted to a traction effort and link of junction.

The present model of utility if relates to a junction link, in particular, to allow the fast release of two lines submitted to an effort of traction and a link of junction to allow to the junction of this equipment and the lines or the junction of two lines.

For each chain it is necessary to foresee half adequate of linking, that facilitates its disconnection, mainly when these chains or lines, are used in deep waters.

This equipment especially was developed for works in great depths, where it has necessity from that lines are detached from form not to place in risk the worker who executes this service, thinking about this problem the inventor created the quick-disconnect equipment of lines, that exactly submitted the high pressure, allows the release of the lines that could be equal or not, with certain rapidity.

The lines could be equal or distinct, since that they are connected atraves of this equipment, and being able to be of any nature, such as current, steel handle, fiber handle, tubular, etc. The main caracteristicas of this invention are simplicity of its construction and the easiness in its manuscript, becoming the safe equipment and practise.

The quick-disconnect equipment (1 ) is constituted of a fastener connecting rod (4), that after closed it receives one trava(2) from security, that at the desired moment will be removed by means of a moored line the same one, handled of the boat, that this in the surface, making with that the fastener connecting rod if frees, detaching the lines.

The junction link, has as characteristic main, the solution of the existing problem when of the collect of the line with junction link, since the boats have an opening in the hoof, for the collect of the lines, but it happened that

some links of junction did not pass for the openings what they caused an immense upheaval for the boats.

For this fact it is that it was developed, for the inventor the junction link, that will work in set or not with the quick-disconnect set of line, to prevent the problems that existed with the previous links of junction.

As the junction link has a similar format to a chain link and to facilitate to the chain junction and other types of lines, and for dealing with a link to simple manufacture and functionality, but having capacity to accept traction effort, we have the certainty of the great utility and efficiency of this equipment. Better to illustrate the explanations above and to demonstrate the equipment, however demanded, we annex the following figures: Figure 1 - Lateral sight
